What forms of identification are acceptable?In South Carolina, acceptable forms of identification for notarization include a valid driver's license, state identification card, military identification card, U.S. passport, and a valid foreign passport. Personal knowledge of the notary or a credible witness can also be used in specific cases. ****We will not use an expired identification card for notarizations.****

What do you charge for notarizations?Our notarization fees are based on the type of service requested and any applicable travel requirements. All services include a base starting fee, with a final quote provided once we’ve reviewed the specific details of your request.

Do you provide witnesses if my document requires it?Yes, this service is available for an additional fee of $25. In addition to notarizing your document, the notary can also serve as the second witness for documents that require two witnesses.
