  • What forms of identification are acceptable?
    In South Carolina, acceptable forms of identification for notarization include a valid driver's license, state identification card, military identification card, U.S. passport, and a valid foreign passport. Personal knowledge of the notary or a credible witness can also be used in specific cases. ****We will not use an expired identification card for notarizations.****
  • What types of documents do you notarize?
    A wide range of documents can be notarized, primarily those requiring a formal verification of identity and signature, as well as those that are legally significant.Common examples include affidavits, contracts, loan documents, real estate deeds, and wills.
  • What do you charge for notarizations?
    Our notarization fees are based on the type of service requested and any applicable travel requirements. All services include a base starting fee, with a final quote provided once we’ve reviewed the specific details of your request.
  • Do you provide witnesses if my document requires it?
    Yes, this service is available for an additional fee of $25. In addition to notarizing your document, the notary can also serve as the second witness for documents that require two witnesses.
  • Do you offer electronic notarizations?
    Yes.
